Scrapbook Templates are a collection of 17 different sketches or doodles that the user can color, copy, or modify in any way to create scrapbook designs.
The sketches in this book came about from hours of working at a payphone call center. (Remember payphones?) The author would sit in his cubicle doodling out these drawings. This was in the 1990s in Indianapolis Indiana.
The inspiration for many of elements within these sketches come from the author’s love of history; especially ancient history such as Greek, Roman, and Egyptian and from more recent inspirations such as Prince and the Revolution’s use of faces and eyes on their Purple Rain music album.
The themes running through many of these drawings are motion, location, identity, and individualism.
